power of attorney?

my brother is dying of cancer, his wife is medicaly neglecting him and wont let any of us see him, he is unable to talk but still in good state of mind. my ? is what can i do to gey power of attorney of him so i can give him the care he needs?

What does your brother think? Is he competent? Depending on the circumstances you may need to obtain a guardianship over his person through the probate court. If he is competent he could sign a health care power of attorney, power of attorney, and a living will. If you are in the Columbus area feel free to contact our office.
