Can me and my ex wife cancel our divorce after it is already filed?

In Ohio, once you petition the court for divorce, you can always mutually dismiss the case so long as the court has not yet granted the divorce.

However, once the divorce is granted, it cannot be undone. The only thing you could do at that point is to remarry.
