Wrong doing Court systems??

Please help, I and my 2 children have been mistreated by CPS, Judge and I am wondering if my lawyer is part of the problem Started Oct 06 wife quit job took off to KY while I was at work and ended up running out of money I refused to send any told her to come home bring children back. The entire time I had no address and she would not let me see or talk with my children. She filed false charges on me. EPO/DVO. Now public assist. I got lawyer she dropped and came home. happened the same July 07 when she went to KY for a funeral except this time I hired a lawyer here filing for a divorce allowing me to bring children back 2 the only home and family they had know.Cps on my door step the day we returned, more lies and even the Cps lied and I had to appeal & won. After the fact day of the hearing temp orders she got the kids back because cps letter that said substan neglect unsub physical abuse. Judge refused a cont she lived 2 far away allowing her 2 take kids to KY. She was to bring up every 4th w/e she did once my lawyer filed Motion to show Case date my w/e visitation no kids again. Contempt carried over till final hearing I drive to Cincy now. Judge unaware of appeal decision, is this normal procedure? Seems I am losing

It is difficult to enforce court orders when the parents are in different court jurisdictions. It is also very hard to overcome the hard feelings when the disagreements rise to the level of EPOs and DVOs. Your problems are exacerbated by money problems as well. I suggest stepping back from the fighting and confusion as best you can and concentrate on the kids. If this means you go to Cinci to get them and they are happy to see you and spend a week with you, then keep this up.
