Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio
Handicapped by job/options
After staying with a company that permanently injured me, I have other physical problems, spent 3 mos on FMLA. Not eligible until 3/09. Today was asked to give up 7% of my income, need surgery again, what do I do?
