Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

On 06/25/2010 I got a civil protection order. I now want to drop the order (as the argument could have been prevented and preventative measures will be in place). I understand that I have to go to the court, but what measures should I take? Furthermore, will the order be dropped that day?

Since the CPO is a court order, it's up to the court to dissolve it.
