Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Please Advise

My husband and I had our jet ski worked on at a shop. They put a new starter in it and we got it back. We took it for a test drive, and it started overheating because it was not getting any water to run thru the system to cool the engine. This was NOT the way it was when we took it in to the shop. What are our rights? Thank you.

Re: Please Advise

You would need to prove it was somehow changed at the ahop. You might have it checked at another repair shop. If yoy have evidence, you can sue.
