cb radio interference

is there anything I can do if my neighbor has a cb that interferes with my tv, computer, radio and telephone, he has been warned by the landlord but still continues to use it waking us up at midnight and 2 am

contact the FCC. If you have a hard time getting through contact your congressman in Washingtom DC or your Senator
