What can I do if a former employer refuse to pay me due wages?

Ohio law requires an employer to pay you promptly. The law is at http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4113.15. If your employer does not pay you, you can file a small claims action and recover your pay, as well as the penalties spelled out in that section.
