Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I would like to know is it legal for my employer to take my money out of my paycheck and send to a pension fund when my contract say that i dont pay.

If by contract you mean union and there was a vote? vote rules Pensions can be rewritten or amended by a set of provisions contained in the master.
