Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
In Ohio can my landlord tell me I cannot operate a home daycare in my rental? (Ohio has no license requirements if you watch under 6 children and there is nothing in my lease prohibiting a home business) Can I be evicted for running a daycare?

In Ohio, your lease agreement will control on this matter. But since I have not read your lease agreement, I can't tell if there is anything that could be interpreted as restricting this sort of thing.
