Your doctor has the duty to provide medical care that meets the normally accepted standards of the medical community. If he does not, you have a right to be paid for any injury that he causes. I can not tell you if you have a case but I do think you should talk directly to an attorney who handles Medical Malpractice cases. Most attorneys will talk to you for free. You should take advantage of the free advice. I have been assisting people injured by someone's negligence for over 30 years. I will be happy to discuss this with you if you call or send me an email with contact information. No cost or obligation.

Good Luck

You will need to contact an attorney who practices in the area of medical malpractice law and speak to the attorney in more detail about what happended to you. The statute of limitations for this type of claim is one year from the date of the injury or when the injury was discoved. You will need to see an attorney as soon as possible to get an answer to your question as more facts need to be provided and, based upon the additional fact, the attorney may want to review your medical records and obtain an expert oopinion.
