Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Dog Bite Liability

I own a duplex which i also live in and my tenants dog(boxer mix) which shares the property had escaped the yard and attacked a 70 yr. old woman that had been walking her dogs across the street. The boxer was actually attacking her dogs but she got involved and caused severe damage to her and required surgery. Although i am not the owner of the dog will i still be sued beings that the dog resided on my property?

You may very well be named as a Defendant, but your homeowners insurance will probably cover you.
