Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

can i be sued for personal injury from screaming and ranting to other person aft

i was involved in an auto accident. it was declared no fault or both of our faults, which i vehemently deny, but there was no eye witness. a woman on the cell phone, trying to force me out of my lane because she was being forced onto an exit ramp if she did not get out of her lane and into mine. she pulled up next to me and laughed as she moved her car closer to mine, trying to scare me.it was relatively minor damages. we both pulled over, she still on her phone. i went back to her vehicle and began yelling and screaming obcenities. she was on the cell phone to a 911 operator by this time. she would not do any thing but rill down her window just enought to hold the phone up so the 911 operator could here. after approximately 10 minutes of this i left. i went home called the police and made out a report. i had my car fixed within 10 days. 9 months later i am being sued for personal injury which resulted from my ranting and screaming. supposedly emoyional trauma. this is so wrong, its laughable, since she was laughing and provoking me more by flipping me off and throwing her head back in laughter. it's hard for me to fathom this woman in ant emotional trauma and/or distress. this cant be called road rage on my part, can it?

You need to notify your auto insurance company right away (in Ohio, you have only 28 days to answer the complaint). Your insurance company will assign the case to a lawyer who will handle it from there.
