Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Mortage company changes closing costs

Mortage company said that I did not have to bring any money to closing but now says I have to bring money. After I complained and said I was no longer interested they have changed again and now say I dont' have to bring money. I don't trust them now. I am concerned with breach of contract. What can I do?

Read the entire contract, and then make a decision based on its language. Anything stated verbally is NOt part of the contract, and should not be considered.
