Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

My parents went through a divorce a few years back. Since then, my dad filed bankruptcy. My parents house is paid for and both of them are listed on the deed. Now the trustee or somebody appointed a realtor to put the property on the market. The amount listed is grossly under valued. What should my mom do?

What did the divorce settlement call for? Which parent was to get the house? Was one supposed to buy out the other one? Title to the house should have been changed when Court issued the judgment entry. I'm not sure what you are asking.
