Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Selling Private Home with the 3 of the 4 owners consent? Majority Rules?

My mother passed away in Feb. 2003. Her home was a Transfer on Death to her 4 adult children, of which I am one. We have a consensus with 3 of the 4 of us to sell the home to my sister. My sister is one of the majority for selling the home to her. It is priced fair and equitably per an appraisel. My one brother is being DIFFICULT, for no reason, just to be DIFFICULT. I heard in CA. that if a majority of the owners agree in selling that the minority owner can be over ruled. Is that a possibility in Ohio? My sister plans on giving all of us equal amount of cash per the appraisel.

Thank You

Unfortunately, In Ohio you will need to have everyone agree to sign the deed plus their spouses, if they are married. If a suit is filed you can force the sale. Sorry the news isn't better.
