Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I have been separated from my husband for 4 years. he walked out on our family and started a new family. I have a chance to own a home now but was told i can not take ownership if my husband does not sign dower rights. My husband refuses to sign. I live in Ohio I desperately need the house, what can I do?
