accident

i was in an accident where i slid on some ice while braking at a red light.Went through it and t-boned a police crusier.no insurance and was woundering what will happen?

I assume that you were cited for failure to control or something similar. That is a minor misdemeanor which can lead to a fine and 2 points on your license.

You will also probably be cited for not having insurance. That will get your license suspended by the BMV for 90 days if this is your first offense and 1 year for a second offense. You may be able to get limited driving privileges once you have paid the $125 reinstatement fee ($300 for second offense) and show proof of you having SR-22 insurance, a special high-risk insurance, which you will be required to main for 3 years (5 for second offense).

You will probably also be required to pay for the damages to the police cruiser.
