Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Citation of Failure to Right of Way while on Private Property

I was involved in an accident. Teenager with suspended license driving over speed limit on wet roads (and not insured for the car he was driving) had crashed into me on private property. This happened because he failed to control his vehicle, and came over the white boundry line. The patrolman was told that the passenger was actually driving and that I had pulled out in front of the oncoming vehicle. This is what the police report describes, but the physical evidence of damage and photos will prove otherwise. What can I do?
