Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Who can access someones will

Ok there are 7 kids in this family , 4 of the kids are stepchildren , when the stepgrandmother passed away she left everything to her 3 kids the other 4 kids got nothing , i mean absolutely zip zilch zero....they never did find out even what was in the will...these people were considered very wealthy ...anyways can the 4 stepkids get a copy of the will and how do they go about it...

The Will may be filed for public record in the Probate Court in the county of residence of the grandmother if there were any probate assets. If she had a Living Trust, it would not be filed.
