Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I am beneficiary of a trust left to me by my late father. The trust is held in Pennsylvania. I live in Ohio. I need to appeal to a judge to remove a trustee. Do I need an Ohio attorney or counsel in Pennsylvania?
