Should a beneficiary of a will being executed in Ohio have to sign a Waiver of probate of notice?

Beneficiaries do not have to sign a waiver of notice. When a beneficiary does, it signifies that the beneficiary has been made aware of the existence of the will and does not need to be notified by certified mail which makes the process longer and a bit more complicated.
