Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I have been determined to be "not pretermitted" and denied any inheritance from my late mother's estate. Do I have any recourse to challenge the will and claim a share of the estate?

If you have grounds, you have a right to contest the will. You must do so within the proper time limitation under the law. Once you receive certified notice that the will has been admitted into probate court, you have three months in which to contest the will. If you need further assistance, please contact my office at www.socrateslegal.com.
