Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

A fan recently me something in his will. It was left to me under my stage name. I am a Pin Up model. What can I do? Obviously my stage name is not my legal name.

You would want to present the argument to the Court, that it was the testator's (your fan's) intent to leave something to YOU. Thus, you would establish to the Court your stage name, and there is a lot more that can potentially be provided. However, that is beyond what can be done in this forum.
