Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My grandmother passed away recently, and my father (whom I've been estranged from for many years) is the Fiduciary. I was always close to my grandmother, and she had confided in me what she was leaving everyone in her will. While I sincerely hope I can, I do not necessarily trust my father to execute the will accordingly. I've been tracking updates on the probate court's website and noticed a "Waiver of Notice of Hearing on Probate of Will" and "Notice of Hearing to Probate Will" were filed recently. What does this mean? Thank you.

When a will is filed for probate the heirs must be notified and they can either wiave notice of hearing on probate of will or the executor can send them the notice.

If you were named in the will you should have received notice from your father. I would request a copy of the will from the probate court so that you can determine the provisions.
