Is husband entitled to any inheritance?
Being in the middle of an on-going nasty marriage, when inheritance monies are received from my parents when they pass, would my husband be entitled to any of my money? I need this money soley to get out of this marriage.

An inheritance is normally a non marital asset not subject to division.

Keep the money in an account with just your name on it.
