can a life trust be changed or revoked

Ten years or so ago, my mother signed a Life Trust putting her property in mine and one of my sister's names. However, now she wants it only in my name due to personal reasons. Have you heard of a Life Trust? Can they be done away with and a new Last Will & Testament be drawn up? My mother would like to have this done A.S.A.P. as she is a diabetic and her kidneys are failing with no hope of going on dialyses due to her heart.

By "life trust" do you mean "living trust"? If your mother would like to change the distribution of her assets through her living trust, she can have an amendment to the trust prepared.
