Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mother and father gave my two brothers their house and farm with the agreement that she can live there for life and that they would pay a crop rent of 50 dollars an acre. They left me the contents of the house in their will. Now my mother is in a nursing home and my brother says all the contents belong to him because he owns the house and the will says i cant have the contents until she dies. He wont let me remove them and is giving stuff to other people. Can he do this? I am power of attorney. Can I remove my items and sell them before moms death? The brothers also stopped paying the crop rent that was agreed upon in a life estate. They have a million dollars worth of land for free. I have a life insurance policy but medicade is taking it from me. So all i have is the contents of the house but he already took anything of value out and sold it. What kind of action can i take? Or is what hes doing lawful?
