Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Real Estate owned by 2 parties 11 yrs /no Marriage

I was living with my ex fiance for 11 years. We currently have a house that has a mortgage jointly. I need to know what can be done. He has already advised me that i would not receive a dime since he put the down payment on the house and would not buy me out. Should I sign this house over and walk away. I am buying my own house now would this purchase be in jeopardy of being considered as community property as well?

If you are saying that you will receive no equity from this house, I believe that to be wrong. It sounds as though you will have to contest this with your ex.
