Is it possible for me to be disabled due to a depressive disorder?

Is this depression a result of an aspect of your job?

Has a Dr. diagnosed you with depression and can that Dr. relate it to your job "within a reasonable degree of medical certainty?"

If the answers to these questions are yes, you may be eligable for dissability.

A workers comp claim will be a bit harder but possible if the triggering event was a one time event versus just being depressed because you hate your job.
