Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

friend arrested for fire arm, when there was none what now?

My friend served 23yrs in Oklahoma for burglary. Moved to Utah after released was arrested with a knife but beat the case because Utah had no lenght law on knives. Now he was arrested for fire-arm but there was no fire-arm. He was told his parole was over months ago but he was arrested and put in lock down for a week as a dangerous and armed. This is bogus. There was no fire arm and now they are getting ready to send him back to OK stating he has violated parole if sent he could face another 20 yrs for a burglary. Is there a way I can ask for proof of fire-arm. He was told there would be no court hearing. He has paid 23yrs for a crime most people receive 2 to 3 years. Now they want another 20 for another bogus arrest. What steps if any can I do to help him, he has told me life is not worth living another 20yrs in OK prison.

I suggest you hire a GOOD (getting referrals is important)private investigator in Utah to try to build the case for factual innocence. Then hire an attorney in Oklahoma to sponsor that PI's testimony at the parole revocation.
