Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
Some one bought a nice pickup and gave it to me 2 1/2 yrs. ago. The pickup has been in my name the whole time, now she wants to take me to court and take it back. Can she?

Anyone can take anyone else to court at any time and for any reason just by going down to the courthouse and filing a lawsuit.
The question is can she win the case. And if the car was truly a gift, the answer is no she cannot win the lawsuit. I suspect though that she will not say that it was a gift.
