Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

I was buying a car from an individual, it wasnt paid off yet. I got pulled over, police allegedly found drugs, seized car, and cash, can I get my personal belongings out of the car and car the person I was buying from get the car back?

There is not enough information given in the question to understand what is going on. The state is probably going to file a forfeiture on the car. If and when that happens, you and/or the owner of the car will have to file an answer and litigate the case.
