Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

I have a friend who has been in the Cherokee County Dention Ceenter in Tahlequah, Ok. since the day before New Years Eve. He was picked up for "harboring a fugitive". Anyone who knows this gentleman knows he will give a house to stay at if they are on hard times with no questions ask. He wouldn't have even ask this girl a question of that sort. The police came in, confiscated some guns and a police scanner and took him to jail with no warrants for anything. He has been in there for 9 days now. His bond is $5000. We are trying to come up with that sort of money but was wondering what way we should handle this. He is a good man and it breaks my heart to see him treated this way. What would it take to get a lawyer and hopefully a bond reduction? I know this takes time but, we just can't stand to set by and do nothing.

Thank you
