Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

When my son was born, I had no idea where my husband was to sign the Denial of Praternity papers. He wasn't the father of the baby, we had been seperated for quite some time. I went and asked the woman the does the birth certificates at the hospital and she told me to lie to her when she went in the hospital room and tell her that I was not married. I didn't want my son to have Richard's last name or even have him on the birth certificate at all. He abused me and I did not want my son to be "tainted" is how I felt about it. So I lied to her like she told me too. I don't remember if I ever signed any document saying that, but I'm now worried that what I did is illegal and I can get in trouble for it. Please let me know something as soon as possible on this, and please let me know if there's anyway to fix it.

You need to get a paternity test done on your son. His real father needs to be notified. Son's paternity will then be registered in the paternity office.
