Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma

Hello,

I'm an international student and I have recently finished my studies;therfore, I qualify for optional practical Tranning (OPT)

that entitles me to work in the U.S for one year.

However, I would like to leave the U.S for about one year and I am left with two options:

1)Work overseas for a U.S based compnay that is located whithing the U.S

2)Partially Own a U.S Based LLC (about 50%) and work for it as an employee outside the U.S.

My question is, does any of these two options provide me with a better chance for applying for an H1 visa and then applying for a green card in the future?

Those two options would help in leading to an L visa. An H-1b visa would be dependent upon a job offer from a US company in a qualifying professional position, without regard to time overseas in the employment of a company with a US ownership base.
