Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma

Marrying a U.S. citizen

I got an I-797c NOA for my I-130 petition. However, for people from mexico, NVC is still working on priority dates from 2001 and I applied in 2005 (I am in the 2A category). If I were to marry a U.S. citizen, where would that put me? How long would it take for me to adjust my status if I married since I am already approved for the I-130? Would it jeopardize my chances of adjusting my status through my mom? I did enter the country legally ten years ago as a child with a tourist visa i-94. Besides waiting at least another 4 years to hold for my visa to become available, Would you recommend I married my girlfriend or what other options are there out there?

Your question is all over the place. You did not lay out a factual pattern that an attorney can make sense out of. Either repost your question with sufficient detail or contact an immigration attorney. We are here to help but we need to have the facts straight to advise you properly. Don't jeopardize your case by trying to get a free answer if your case is complex (which it appears to be from all the questions you have). If you want to call my office we'll set up a consultation where we'll go over everything in detail and get all the facts to give you accurate advice.
