Can I sue a landlord who filed an eviction in my through the courts even though I currently do not reside at the premises?

Probably not. Your remedies would be whatever defenses you could raise to the eviction, including not being there. If there's litigation that's currently pending, or there's a judgment against you, you really need to talk to your own attorney.
