Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Oregon

Oregon is a one party state regarding recording conversations. In other words, only one party needs to know the conversation is being recorded between two people. However, as I understand, this only applies to telephone calls between two people. So when you speak in person, you need to inform the other party that the conversation is being recorded. I've found contradictory statements online.

You are correct. The in-person notification requirement applies only to audio, however, and not video.
