Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

Audit to Trust Fund?

Is there any way to have an Education Trust Fund audited? It seems like the administrator of this account is not being legal and fair to the children that are entitled to use this trust account. The original administrator was removed and the Step-mother installed herself as administrator. The Trust is no longer being used for what it was intended to be used for, and other people have been added to the ones who could use it.

Thank you.

Re: Audit to Trust Fund?

This one is difficult to answer via this venue. Trustees do have fiduciary duties. Also, many trust documents set forth audit procedures. You would need to discuss the particular facts face-to-face with counsel.
