Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

just a quick question. husband and i were not married when we bought house in 1998. had been living together in apartment for 3 years and had two children in common and he had a child from previous marriage. house was bought in his name. we were married 2 yrs latter after the 3rd child in common. what am i entitled to in terms of the house.

If your name was not added to the deed to the house, you are entitled to a portion of the increase in value of the house from teh date of marriage.
