Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
amendments
Is there an ''official'' form for filing amendments (to schedules, etc.) or should the amended schedules simply be marked ''Amended?''

Re: amendments
Use the same schedule form with the all the information (both what is unchanged from the original schedule plus the new information) and mark the form Amended at the top.
