Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I have an "C" corporation. I am the President of a company. My partner and me are in it together 50/50, but I want to fire him. Can I fire him? Also, what advantages do I have being the President of the company?

Do you have a set of by-laws or shareholder agreement? Are you trying to remove him as a shareholder or as an officer (or both)? What are the reasons you want to remove him? I would need more information before I could discuss your options with you.

If you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact my office.
