Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

need help in finding a good debtor and creditor law to write about
ok so my law teacher is not helpful at all. does not have any way for me to contact him and he is not specific in what he wants or how to find it. I need a debtor and creditor law to write about and if i agree with it or not!!! PLEASE HELP ME with one!! google is not so I turned here!!

Have you thought about writing about some provision of the Bankruptcy Code? Maybe you could focus on something like preference actions?

You could pick an aspect of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which is at http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpa/fdcpact.htm.
