Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
If a garage says it is ok to drive your car. Then two days later it has to be towed. Just because they didn't tell you your oil drain plug was lose. They said they didn't change it and they weren't looking at that.
Can I get them for not telling us about it or just fix the plug. not just says it is fine to drive and now the engine is blown.
