No Proof

If an empolyer fires you for a specafic reason and has no proof that what they are stating ever accurred what actions can be taken if any

Unless you have a written employment contract with this employer, you would be considered an employee at-will, and can be fired for any reason or no reason. There are certain exceptions to this rule, including termination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap status.

If your termination was not due to one of these exceptions, then an employer need not show proof, or even be right, in its reasons for firing you.
