Probably not. NASCAR is a trademark. Any reference to the drivers and their numbers, can look like you are infringing on NASCAR's trademark. The key is whether the average consumer will see your items and believe that NASCAR is selling those items. This confusion means that you are trading on NASCAR's brand. However, have not worries. To protect you and your business, you just need NASCAR's permission to use their property. This called a license. You may have to pay a royality fee, but you can builld that into the price of your item. Contact the legal department of NASCAR's headquarters. They can point you to the right department.

Good luck.
