small corporation/partnership
my sister and I own a restaurant in Pa.If she chooses to open another restaurant alone 2.5 miles away,what are my rights,and does she need to dissolve her partnership with me.

It depends on any restrictions or covenants contained in your partnership agreement, or other agreement identifying such terms. If there is no agreement, there is little you could do to prevent her from opening another restaurant.
