Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

my dog

i am going to my second dangerous dog hearing, my dog hasnt killed or caused severe injury to any animal nor has he bitten chased or attacked any humans ever. the animal control officer is on quite a power trip and i need to know if after all the charges were dismissd and i was found not guilty. May she bring up anything with the last hearing seeing as how all the charges were dismised? thank you ever so much.
