Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Restraining Order Without Evidence of Abuse or Harrassment

My ex-girlfriend keeps showing up at my work, uninvited, and bothers me. I work in a research lab, so there is no reason she should be there other than to talk to me (basically, she couldn't pretend to be a customer). I have told her, repeatedly, that I want her to leave me alone, but she continues to show up at random. It is starting to cause issues in my current relationship with my new girlfriend because she is upset that I haven't been able to convince my ex-girlfriend to leave me alone. I broke up with my ex-gf a year ago and she hasn't provided any physical or emotional evidence for ''abuse''. Can I still file a restraining order? Is there ANYTHING I can do legally to force her to leave me alone?

you have various choices including but not limited to suing her, or filing for a restraining order.
